Federal politician. Clark first elected as Member for Darling in western New South Wales 15 September 1934. He retained this position until his retirement on 29 September 1969. Deputy Chairman of the Australian Meat Industry Commission 1942-43, Member of the Federal Meat Advisory Committee 1943-46 and Chairman of Committees and Deputy Speaker from 1946-49.
